We recommend calling Westman Lions Manor 5 years after your application has been submitted. This is the time to start narrowing down your preferences.

 

If you ask to have your name removed from the waiting list(s), you will receive a refund and your name will become inactive. There will be no opportunity to change your mind and revert to the same position on the waiting list(s).

The original building (Phase I) was built in 1989. It has 65 one-bedroom apartments and 63 two-bedroom apartments. It offers seven layout variations and surface parking.

A new addition (Phase II) was built in 1999. It has 60 apartments and offers six layout variations, as well as the option of indoor parking.

The suites are financed via the Life Lease method and are operated on a not-for-profit basis.
